Kev Says that every 10 days, we must enjoy a 'cheat meal'! This is a break from our grueling diet of healthy food, to an 'eat-all-you-can' extravaganza! The idea being that your body's metabolic rate goes into overdrive and you should easily burn it all off in no time and hopefully some more too!
So, last week, we headed off to a few meetings in Liverpool, with a special lunch at the super cool american diner 'Eddie Rockets'.

It's menu had caught our attention a couple of weeks ago and had played on our minds ever since! It seems all we ever do these days is talk about food, food, food and the thought of burgers, hot dogs and cheesy fries wouldn't go away!
The waitress asked us what we wanted, and we pretty much wanted everything! We ordered a couple of 'Oreo' maltshakes whilst we deliberated over our choices. To be honest, after devouring those wonderful drinks, we felt pretty full up anyway, but that wasn't going to deter us!!

As you can see, what arrived was nothing short of a greasy banquet! But, it tasted so wonderful!! After having consumed no bread whatsoever for the past two or three months, each mouthful was literally manor from heaven!

Oddly, however, we failed the task miserably, as we could not finish half the amount put before us What a waste! Worse than that, we couldn't manage to even think about ordering one of the heavenly deserts on offer!
Our only problem now, is where do we go next time for our next cheat meal. Please tell us your suggestions, and we'll give it a try, camera in hand!
